The venue for the meeting, Moore Auditorium, is located at 65 Acadia Drive in Winter Harbor. This decision was made to ensure the meeting is accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the commission’s commitment to public involvement and transparency.

In addition to the main discussions, the meeting will also provide an opportunity for public comment. This is part of the commission’s ongoing efforts to engage with the community and stakeholders, and to ensure that their views and suggestions are taken into consideration in its decision-making process.
